On a long rest you regain 1/2 of your hit dice rounded up. So everyone regains their one hit die if they used it. Though I am not sure if it is official or not everyone also regains all their hit points. An XP and coin award has been given in the XP thread.

I think Oomaq has the highest arcana skill and I just realized we could try to get more information on the darkness. If you don't want to, or don't think it would be in character for Oomaq to know that much about magic, I have +2.

I don't think it matters what the order is for who keeps watch. Could just use the order that the character sheets are in and make the appropriate rolls.

no rolls necesarry. I just like to give playera the choice. That way when it really matters they are in the habit.

Everything is a grouo award with the exception of xp. So yes you should split it. Though it can wait untill the end if you want since the horse is worth 400gp!

I don't know how 5e works in the long rest dealing with regaining spells, but since he doesn't have to worry about it Oomaq can take whatever watch would generally interfere with magic user's recovery.

A long rest includes a two hour watch and does not interfere with spell recovery. Anything else does interfere.

The effect is not generated by any arcane spell or extra planner creature you are familiar with. Though you are not very familiar with the high level arcane spells.

You remember tales of guiding lights appearing to people in times of crisis. These lights help guide them to safety, security, or whatever they need for the crisis. You also remember hearing a type of undead creature which mimics these lights luring individuals to their deaths and feasting on their energies.
