I went ahead and deducted credits for a field pass and the wager. I think I did that right, I dont gamble so I am not familar witht he parlance.
You read it right. Attracted the attention of the authorities. No severe laws here and it's a avg check for your avg event security guard. Worst case? Tossed from the venue. No Biggie, just comical.

Worst case for hell would be to wind up in a loony bin. He may belong there.

Will see! Looks like the bookie and his wagers are gone. I had thought maybe the threats meant he was a 'dishonest' bookie. Or, he was scared off by the authorities. Or, you simply have to 'find him' to collect and didn't get a lot of details. Maybe it broke up before he could tell you the rendezvous point for paying off? Maybe some kind of Perception check to notice outside or down the street. Could do that if Helios is intent on tracking him down.

I also like the idea that he may 'resurface' at a later time. Or, when he is in desperate straights. Say, when the city is burning down and he needs a ride off the planet! Or, Stormtroopers are going door to door and he needs a hiding place.

im just checking in. I don't think we are waiting on me, but if we are please let me know. I've been distracted lately by the move, but things should be calming down. That is if the world doesnt continue to spin into insanity.

He's around but has had work plus volunteering in the evenings. We messaged in March. Not sure that covid19 has freed up any time at home for him. I'm looking forward to concluding The Gerrenthum Run one day. :)

Actually the opposite. I just spoke to him via email. He had limited computer access, but is doing well as is his family.

Good to know! My info was quite old. Good characters here and I hope to continue once things settle down for all players in IRL.

It's just you and me, Swrider. Hell is a good PC but Vesper is the lynchpin in this episode. Her grav-ball links are what "The Gerrenthum Run" is all about. Waiting on SavBob, if he ever returns. I like the look of keeping it around, but you might as well archive it. Now that I date it, it's basically been down since March. Can always bring it back, if need be.

DESTINY POINTS...
Still keeping the Destiny Point Pool. That thing got out-of-whack (-8 / 12) all of these months!

Add +20xp for Helios.

GM; Uprising; Destiny Points:
, 2 Light Side , 2 Dark Side

I have to admit I have no idea where to go. I know the goal is to get to the broadcast but I have no idea how the game helps get to that goal.

Ah, sorry for not being more direct. Doing some "flavor of the town" stuff. Giving a chance for some dialogue, letting Hell Loco be Hell Loco. I'll "bump" it up a little bit!

I was going to have Vesper use some connections through the player to get things done, but I think I'll just jump ahead some without SavBob around. We DID do some light information gathering after landing. I can work with that.

Perhaps Hell Loco can work with the latest IC post? I can imagine him joining in the revelry!! Both the celebration and the protest.

I think Kettel has some Leadership skill, Hell Loco may be able to use one of his many skills in a creative way to persuade/influence the crowd? Coordination funky dance? Pil-Planetary on a nearby bike to lead the crowd? Grab a banner and wave it? Party wild? Persuade with Streetwise by talking their talk?

No fight activity. Not yet, anyways.

(1 adv) It DOES look like the gov't & Imperial officials are gearing up for a confrontation. Riot shields, blockades, and such. You'll need to get closer to see more detail.

Sorry that is what I meant. Is the imperial activity towards the station or on the other side. Autocorrect got me. I am just Curious as it will affect how I proceed. Ie do I want the crowd to move towards the imperials, away or to the side.

Various gov't buildings are being reinforced. Moving the crowd (to the right, let's say) towards the communication center would be the goal. The building ahead is some kind of secure, Imperial area.

This is a touchy issue. On one hand, it is good that the crowd can distract people to that ONE side of the complex, leaving the rest less-guarded. OTOH, we don't want to (as 'the good guys') instigate violence that puts innocents in harm's way.

The truth is: the Imperials will start to suppress the demonstrators at some point. We just may have a choice where that happens. And, maybe fight back on their behalf a bit.
