Well, until we hear more from the guy, we can't say. I wouldn't be surprised if there's some rogue Imperial actor harassing the place, or maybe an inside-job kind of guy who's snitching and getting the Imperials to come in from time to time. (Meta-gaming a bit, but I doubt DS would have introduced the plot thread if we were too weak to do something about it—or at least to have it come into play somehow.)

Fair enough. My point was just to be cautious. Their may be sympathizers here, but it will take time to figure out who they are. Getting their help would be great. Perhaps one of them is even a Rebel who knows the location of the new base or meeting location. Though They would likely be weary of anyone they don't recognize or who is to open about being a rebel.

Ryder is correct in his assertion that the empire was looking for Traders the previous day. However, that would line up with the Battle of Hoth, not your visit to Hoth. The empire was evidently looking for someone else.

Raiding the Fuel Depot to pay for the repairs was not what I intended, but you are free to pursue that angle. Actually, that could get pretty interesting!

Well I rolled 2 successes and 2 threats on the knowledge underworld check about the Meagan crew. So thino is going to have even more to share.

Also I’m going to try to creat an opportunity to discuss things with all of you, I’ll wait til you’re all done talking, if shado comes on here and has Lanna do something I could be talking to her and get her to gather everyone up maybe.

I want to raid the fuel depot but can we even get there with our current fuel. If we could I imagine we would have gone to a major planet instead of a tiny little station.

Kraden's Crew is part of a sector crime organization called the Ivax Syndicate (as the NPC mentioned). The Ivax Nebula is the large galactic hazard in the Anoat Sector. This group has been known to perform criminal activities but you do not know "what" they specifically do.

hey guys - apologies, I haven't really had time to post the last day or so. Looks like a lot has happened! But I've only been able to skim. I'm out today but should be back in the saddle tomorrow.

Sounds good. No apologies needed. I should slow it down a bit. it is still at a point where initial conversations are going on. They'll probably be huddling up to determine a course of action soon.

Vesper's got some cash, too. But I seem to remember Oona found some money on the repulsorsled? I'm not sure if that ever got distributed (or was intended to be), but that might be a good kitty to pool from.

Alternatively, not sure if one of our facey-types might want to negotiate the rate down somehow.

Ah, thanks. So we're good for 600 credits. But does anyone want to try to negotiate the rate down? Vesper would just pay it, but I'm not sure if maybe Thino or Oona would want to work a deal or something. @Boutrose Saba-Norr @SanguineAngel ?

That does come in "high" according to standard fees.

Thino has some negotiations he can try, I’m out of the house with my wife right now though so I’ll have to wait a moment.

No rush. I will be out for a few hours soon, anyways. Will wait 'til Monday to do much.

hey guys, my initial thought was sefinitely that it was on the high side, so Oona would absolutely try to argue this down. I'll roll this now.

Edit: I apologise, I've just steamrolled you, @Boutrose Saba-Norr. I somehow missed your post when I initially read this conversation.

Also, talking funds - the 1,200 credits in the Group Loot I presume is the chit that Oona picked up on Hoth? She offered that up for use by the crew already

Hoth was destroyed, or at least the base was. We rescued a few people. Ship is damaged and we have no idea where the rebels are.

The group had an extended battle on Hoth, leaving with a captured Lieutenant. He is being watched on the ship. Vesper tended to his wounds and Thino tried to soften him up with some friendly talk (getting little reaction).

Looks like Ronin is straight on XP. He applied the 10 from Mexeluine and is at 150xp. He wasn't in any part of Return to Hoth. He should add "Contribution Rank 1" to his sheet and reset his Duty to '0'.

The Pilot (Svae) has been replaced by Helios. Consider him to have been the original ship owner. The ship is overloaded with crew, full of cargo that was due for Echo Base, 17/24 HT, and is low on fuel. They narrowly escaped some TIE's in the atmosphere above Hoth. This is an out-of-the-way station which may have pretty high prices for services considering its location.

Also, hello Matt, I play newcomer Oona Braitano - your friendly neighbourhood agitator! Bit shaken as one of the few survivors on Hoth and briefly taken prisoner by imperial gits. Welcome back

@Matt Skywalker Please roll a Force Die to add to the Destiny Pool.

I suspect you have caught the tail end of the negotiations of an 'exorbitant' docking fee. A negotiation that resulted in a significantly lower fee.

the last post I made in character was in order to get the characters together so that thino could share all the information that he had, this would also be a good time to allow matt and shado to take the reigns of their characters again I thought since everyone would be on the ship
