Hell finds multiple things around. Banners, vuvuzela horns, drums, ....maybe a speeder bike lying around. An elevated ledge or concrete wall to speak from the top of, whatever you would like.

(1 Adv) In the distance far ahead of the advancing crowd, there is 'gov't' activity.

So I don't get the crowd to nice where I want, but they nice in a different way that is also beneficial, perhaps starting security away fun the broadcast center.

Helios' efforts do little to sway the crowd. "GET BENT, YOU HOSER!!!" some of them yell at him, as if he was someone they should listen to! (1 Threat) Must be some kind of regional dialect. Helios does not have much of an idea of what a 'hoser' is. ;)

In a matter of luck (or fate), the crowds move past to reveal an unattended speeder car. an Hyperfoil 1000-XTC.

The crowd does not respond to the group's urging to change direction and there are not many taxis able to come through at this time. But, there is an unattended Hyperfoil 1000 XTC nearby with one city law enforcement uniform inside of it. It is an easy path back to the hangar to equip for what may be a rougher patch of demonstrations. The night is early and things are just getting heated up.

The speeder flies comfortably between 30-50m off the ground. It could surely fly over security fencing, but would draw immediate attention.

Kettel's expertise has been heard. He suggested a distraction and then tactically advancing on the Figg Comm Tower from a (hopefully) unmonitored side. This would be entail a kind of vehicle stealth check, should we get to that point. Yet, there is now the security uniform. The night is young and the anti-Imperial commerce protests are just getting started. The trip to and from the hangar allows some time to discuss options.

So I have a thought. I think we blow this here speeder up in front of the communications arry. You can rush in wearing that uniform and call for the security to come out and help with the protests. We can come rushing in with you to take cover in the station or try sneaking in once the security is distracted. What do you think? Another option is that I wear the uniform and tell that that I have a holodisk with a message that the imperials want broadcast throughout the city to help quell the rioting and see if we can get them to play it themselves.

"That just may work!" exclaims Kettel. Vesper nods in agreement. "I trust us getting in ourselves more than I do than them playing our own message."

Flipping a DP can get that uniform to be some kind of local officer rather than standard-issue.

"How do I look?" asks a uniformed Montgomery Peppard.

"Great!!" replies Vesper as she and Hell give him quick salute. :D

"Well, then, let's get about our business!! For the Republic!!"

Returning back to downtown Gerrenthum City after about 20-30 minutes away, the marches have increased in intensity. A block or two from the Figg Communications Tower a confrontation is occurring between the crowds and Gerrenthum/Imperial forces. The groups are a mere 1-2 meters apart jostling for position, pushing barricades back and forth.

Cpt Kettel looks down below, sees the commotion, and turns to Hell Loco. "Hey, Hell. Remember that time back on Sullust? Well, it looks like some of those Imperial types have non-regulation haircuts," he says with a smirk.

"I think it's time to buzz the tower!!!"
Spoiler:
Back on Sullust, Hell and the crew were flying air support on an old Clone War Era troop transport. When the weapons systems were knocked offline, Hell resorted to flying within a 'haircut's distance' of the Imperial sniper tower and the troops below to startle and disorient them. The ensuing chaos was enough of a distraction to help turn the tide of battle. He received a medal of commendation for his actions.
Helios looks down and sees something more peculiar (5S, 1 Adv). In the front, Gerrenthum and Imperial security forces have formed a line of guards with riot gear, batons, and a riot shield. That is as it was before. However, with his keen eyesight, he now sees a second line of guards behind those pulling our R-88 Riot Suppression Rifles and tear gas grenade launchers. With that sort of firepower, the crowd won't last long.
Spoiler:

Hell dips down from a height of 40-50m through a narrow channel between two buildings. He catches the security personnel unaware as he buzzes just over their heads....less than a meter, probably more centimeters.

Many of them lose their hats and many more than that drop what they are holding in their hands: suppression rifles, riot shields, batons.... Their wall of security suffers many, many 'cracks' as people fall out of formation.

"Right. That'll teach 'em!"

With that distraction, a lanky, thin hooded figure from the crowd makes a run from the back, leaping and doing a foot-plant on the side wall. He pushes himself from that wall high into the air and launches two small objects from his hands!! (His athletic prowess seems oddly familiar!)

Some type of sonic or concussion grenades, you suppose. The lines of Gerrenthum/Imperial law enforcement crumble under the onslaught of the assault and the confusion caused by the dive-bombing air speeder. Guards begin to frantically shoot their suppression rifles, point-blank, into the crowd. Chaos ensues.

The air speeder lands in the compound of the Figg Communications Center behind their front lines. Guards quickly surround the air speeder with rifles drawn. They seem taken aback by the sight of a uniformed man in the passenger seat as he stands and begins to talk.

"QUICK!!! The rioters are using explosives!!! Our men are under duress!! We need backup IMMEDIATELY!!!"

The fellow guards seem to ignore the lack of commander credentials on the uniform and take heed (2 Succ). His convincing stature is enough to convince them (no help from the boosts). A group of about 3/4 Gerrenthum security and 1/4th Imperial guards head off towards the conflict. A skeleton crew remains behind.

The officer in front of the doors (a Gerrenthum guard, not Imperial) extends and arm and puts his hand in Helios's chest. "YOU have orders??? From WHOM???!!!" Two Gerrenthum guards stand at the sides of the doors behind this guard captain. It is after normal operating hours, although broadcasts go in round the clock. "I don't think the rioters are going to pause rioting to check the local holocasts," he says sarcastically.

"And what in Hades was that flying about??!! You're either THE WORST driver in the galaxy or the best driver in the galaxy. I don't know what to make of THAT." he says, motioning with his arm, flapping wildly in the direction from which you came. He then looks at Kettel (in a guard uniform w/o insignia) and Vesper (tooled up in a repair outfit).

The guards have seen the uniformed man (Major Kettel) give orders (2 succ) and direct people to the disturbance. There is no real reason to suspect anything.

"Anything broadcast locally is going to need pre-approval. I'll call the necessary personnel. Your technician may go with you. No need for city guard past this point." He speaks into a handheld communicator. "Yes, we have a request to speak to the evening supervisor at the front door."
