It is full, but for you i would give up my player slot and just gm. I think it is unlikely Trip will want to gm if he comes back.

this seems like a really interesting concept and i'd love to play if i weren't already committed in three other games at the moment, maybe later when i can get in the swing of things a lot more i can commit to a fourth game, although i can definitely echo shado's sentiments that you could likely easily find people on the main forums over at ffg that would like to join, and we have at least one person i saw from the forums who joined here as a spectator because there were no open games and they may not know to check this section of the forum.

also doc if you are looking for some interesting military fiction, there is a series i quite enjoy called legend of the galactic heroes. the whole thing came out in japan decades ago and its just now being translated into english and as someone who was never interested in military fiction before this series, it could be something you find interesting

Your the only interest so far. Im fine running the game for only one player though if you are fine being the only player.

Thats fine pacing is a lot easier with just two people. I acn get anythinh set up untill monday. Ok i could but it is such a paid to do by phone id rather wait. Do you want to play a single pc with npc squad under your command or would you like to have a team of pcs like shado does on operation source.

If I had to, maybe a squad under my command. Could it run with just the two of us, instead?

Maybe be fighter pilots with some ships, a squadron? That's starship-intensive, but we'd get around easier.
OR
Stick with a commando-trooper-type? Infantry, basically.

If Deep plays it would be 2 PCs and NPCs. Would that make it more difficult? Also I have no problem with identical starting Characteristics, but what would you want them to be?

Rider, would we necessarily have identical starting characteristics? Is there some variation with Clones of different types?

Same as humans for base not all clones were aline so they can have different stats and talents. The only limitation is that all starting xp must be spent on clone style trees and skills. Ie no diplomats, or bounty hunters. Scouts infanty heavy weapons healers etc all acceptable.

Im fibe runnibg you as a group of fighter pilots... We just couldnt use the 501st as they were ground forces.

Seeing as this is getting started I'll jump in as well. I'm fine with being grunts or pilots. The pilots sounds like it would be fun.

If it did end up playing that way as a squadron would be much ground based stuff? Or primarily just the fighter pilot style of missions?

Ill run the game how you guys want, but typically clone pilots were pilots and ground personel ground personel.

With Recruit skills, we'll be well-rounded in combat and such. No need to be pilots OR grunts. But a mix could work.

Flying missions on two, 2-passenger craft would allow for 3-4 players.

I posted in the forum. My first choice is squadron Commander. More of a generalist. My second choices would be Spy Infiltrator, Scout or Commando.

Could easily be the 327th Marines.
