So BA is down to go up there, although he's not really a fan of flying up there. But he doesn't exactly know how else to do it, other than an elevator which is pretty obvious.
'Flying up there' is the easiest and most direct choice. The ground level appears to be unattended with no surveillance, but then there is ascending to floor #19 (as you said, "obvious" and likely easily defended). Will see how a piloting check will get us as close as we can to (or inside) the partially-torn down building.
I hate that initiative is cool when you're prepared. BA has no presence.
Struggling with the '1' attribute myself in a tabletop game. After we started, the GM decided that people will do their own mods using their own attributes. My Droid PC has a '1'. I still do just fine with the attachments themselves. I am learning that in FFG a little xp can balance out a weakness. Might be worth it to spend 15xp to get to YG, although I have not done so yet.
IC discussion can happen briefly. If it is a ranged attack, then Monty may have the best Ranged-Heavy. Assuming we are going in hostile. To confront in melee, it'd be Maneuver to exit vehicle and a Maneuver (+2 Strain) to close the distance. It may be worth it for BA to eat the strain and go at YYGG Melee than Monty's YYG ranged-heavy. Probably best that BA goes first since Monty was piloting. Monty can cover you, as there are side hallways and other rooms around.
PC's in vehicle. (Maneuver to exit)
Short range to targets. (Maneuver to close range)
Targets have Defense 1/1 (armored trench coats) (+1 Defense) Initiative Order
I wonder if BA or Monty can "disarm" that guard holding the comlink.
BA can probably "dis-arm" the guard, in the literal sense.
As can Anjali, with her fusion cutter That said, if we aren't planning to chat with these guys, ranged volley should probably start before melee rushes in.

Probably right. Not knowing much, Monty will set to stun and target the one about to communicate. It'll be Monty and NPC's. Will take a little time to get it up, maybe later tonight.
I'm confused, did Monty take down two dudes or not? Were they a minion group? We have two more to deal with, plus an unseen minion group, and the technician now, is that right?

Ah! Good question. A lot going on, even if it is unseen.
Both guard we observed were taken out (stunned) by Monty. Both the one with a pistol who spoke as well as the one with the comlink. They were a 2-person minion group.
Four total guards come out from a left hallway at medium range (one with sandwich in-hand). They wonder what the noise is.
Two dark-skinned guards in black are behind the glass in the next room.
I was going to let BA go first. @DeepSpacer , so we have 6 total guards to deal with? One minion group of 4 and two rivals (the dark-skinned guards)? Are all behind glass and not directly accessible for melee?

Consider it done. I will move Monty's post to the end of the round and BA can go first (Needing a Maneuver to exit the vehicle and a Maneuver to close to Engaged with the two guards.). (((Edited IC))) Just keep in mind that you do not see the ones down the hallway yet, only the two in front.
I think Anjali will draw her blaster and shoot out the glass to give us a clear path. She won't target the 2 guards if BA is engaged with both; however, if one is NOT engaged with BA, she'd shoot at that one and intend to break the glass in the process.
@Flamiel
Anjali realizes this is a sort of glass used for partitioning areas and it has 'some' resistance (probably 1-2 soak). The glass and guards are at Medium range (upgraded once for Adversary 1 for those two guards in black) and it'll be two setbacks (glass, stuff in the room like tables and chairs).
