several ways....
Probably roll Cool-Init (they hear a shot outside), enter them in the order as next round begins. Perhaps they start outside and use maneuvers to enter? The new PC (pc's) create new initiative slots. PC's go as they choose. Looks like both PC's will go first anyways, pending Loco's roll.

Right now, backtracking over how many seconds the speeder took to round the building is inconsequential. Keep the flow going.

That's where going 'sans-talents' as a new PC costs you. ;) Without Let's Ride, it's a maneuver to get out of vehicle, then another to advance.

This should be interesting!!! Might have some prisoners (or be prisoners!).

This one is a little haphazard. I am not going to update the "who's turn is it" since its almost over.
The initiative is
The boss, Jai, Hell, NPC
So rider basically went using his two maneuvers to get to the door...

The boss is up next.

As you pointed out they are minions no need to push thing too hard and ruin everyone's fun. If they are still alive when I get there I may finish them off.

@Matt. Narratively it matters but mechanically it doesn't. minions don't have a strain threshold they only take wounds. Also it takes critical hits to actually kill someone.

The GM will have the final say on whether they die or are just incapacitated when they exceed there wound threshold per RAW.

Going fine. You're going to have to track WT and ST on the Whose Turn It It page. I don't see us adding a 5th or 6th player (can delete those), it'd slow us down.

If Monty were dishonest, he'd try to blame the two bodies on the original shooter.

Without the 3rd Diff Die, Jiraiya does not take 2 strain.

I'm just happy that Trip didn't award us a bunch of conflict for killing people. Though it could be argued that Jai's actions were in defense of another and mine were appropriate to the situation.

The boss has 1 conflict for threatening them. I could argue another for not backing down but he did put his weapon on stun. So I don't think he intended to kill.
