That'd be correct. Nothing indicated on the non-restricted levels. That said, the layouts aren't exactly 'blueprint' in that detail. It would make sense, though, for such things to be off-limits for the casual observer.

Unfortunately, you are caught between the elevator and the end of the north end of the hall.
The hall is quite barren. One MIGHT be able to run around the corner to the north side IF they won initiative, but those rolls were pretty weak.

Similar issues here. Last Monday got a notice the apt ppl would be doing pesticide for kitchen and bathroom. Required ALL items removed from cupboards and clean it all, and all in one week. Pure chaos!! Today they were unclogging the sink, but the drainage is messed up. Said they needed items removed from the patio to access a water valve there. Wife must have 50 plants on shelves, wires and such. Need it done b4 tomorrow!!! I spent 2+ hours between rainstorms today clearing that off. Rent went up, too. +$150/mo for 6-month lease. Ugh.... I feel ya. Persevere.
