Paradrops are based largely on luck rather than skill. As such when a para-drop is play out in the game the Game Master should make a roll on a 1d100 to determine the success of the landing. A roll of 100 means the drop played out flawlessly and exactly as planned. Lower rolls may indicate complications. A roll below twenty may be utilized to cause injury to the character, however, the damage should be kept minimal to preventing player death. Damage rolls should not exceed 7d10.

Potential negative effects include:
  • Landing off target
  • Landing in a tree (getting stuck)
  • Drawing the notice of enemy ground troops.
  • Drawing enemy ground fire
  • Drooping sufficiently off target that the character is disoriented.
  • Loss of equipment bundle
  • Damage of equipment in bundle
  • Injury to Character.
