The Mandalorian

Wow! I think THIS is the follow-up Star Wars show I always wanted!

Ha! Someone secretly recorded the clip shown in Chicago, but it has been replaced on the forums in the last few minutes. :(

The erased segment had IG-88 in action! Jawas! Old British actors. A dirty, gritty, BH kind of world.
Creed!!!
MMA woman as a Mando. Brings a lot of toughness into the role. Glad they didn't go with the petite, 95lb model/anorexic like most modern movies.

"The Mandalorian is an upcoming American space opera web television series that is scheduled to premiere on Disney+ on November 12, 2019."

3 minute Teaser Trailer

Unlike IX, this looks exciting. Can't wait!

The (3 minute) teaser and the (7 minute) sneak peek have completely different content. Folks, make sure you watch both!

Wow. Looking forward to this more than most of the new stuff by far. Love the Holiday Special blaster rifle homage. Poor monkey-lizards, though! :lol:

I'm still pissed that we never got the Star Wars 1313 game. That project died when/because Disney bought LucasArts. It would've been the best Star Wars game ever. Better even than TOR or KotOR. {sigh}

But a small-screen live-action Star Wars with quality as good as Rogue One? Can't wait.

Give me about 5 minutes after a post, I'll probably edit it a bit before it is finalized.

Anyone watching it? I think it's been ok, not amazing, but only two episodes out. I'm sort of enjoying the grungy feel.

Not as good as hyped in the preview clips, but well worth watching. Wondering whether he'll choose honor (he owes a life-debt to the child) and hang on to the Yoda-species child, or duty and fulfill his contract and give the child to the Imperial scientist.

He's a badass. Much more of a badass than Boba Fett ever was. He's really good at combat. Well, at fighting things his size. Not so smart facing all of those armed Jawas head-on, or that beast -- except at the end when he found a weak spot and rammed his blade in.

I hope he turns in the baby, gets paid, and that is the end of force powers for this show. But I doubt it.
I was hoping for a show that didn't involve the Skywaklers, or the force in any way, but I'll take what I can get.
