Hurricane Nicole's (Category 1) eyewall passed 10mi. south of me. I was without power from 4:55AM until 12:47PM today. I'm still without Spectrum internet service, so I'm using my Samsung Galaxy A52 as a hotspot on my T-mobile cellular service. Speed sucks badly, but at least my PC is connected to the rest of the world.
Oddly enough, Hurricane Ian's eyewall missed me by about the same distance, but it was merely a tropical storm by then and we never lost power.

Thanks guys! My internet service finally came back up early yesterday morning, so everything's good now.
I spent yesterday driving around the county taking advantage of all of the free meals for veterans. Breakfast at Denny's. Free donuts at Dunkin and Krispy Kreme, voucher for a free meal at Texas Roadhouse, lunch at Chili's, takeout from Red Lobster and Sonny's BBQ. Dinner at Applebee's, free meal takeout from Chick-fil-a. A truly wonderful day!
