I yet live!

I wanted to apologize for dropping out for the last month or so. The holidays were a blur with travel and a sick kid, and now I'm facing the start of the new semester. Hopefully things will calm down in a few more days (once the first day of classes is over).

I think we all had somewhat of a busy holiday season. Glad to be back!

Give me about 5 minutes after a post, I'll probably edit it a bit before it is finalized.

So, if it's not obvious yet, my return has been less than successful. My job has been more demanding lately, and I've been filling my evenings volunteering, so it's putting a damper on my ability to contribute regularly. I apologize to the GMs who have been waiting on me. I would suggest that you move on and make moves for my characters when necessary. I can try to check in when I can, but it's not looking like I'll have that ability more than once or twice a week.

Sorry, folks. I hate to be that guy, that's why I'm posting about this. :/

Seems we have all had limited availability. You are not the only one. Thanks for the heads up. Where are you volunteering at? It sounds like an awesome thing to do.

A job is a good thing and volunteering is a good thing, too. :D
I will work around your schedule. Life has been busy for me, too, so time is more limited so 1-2x's a week sounds about right for me (and others, I think). :D

OK, thanks, guys!

My wife and I are going through the training to become foster parents. No intent to adopt, but rather just looking to help out some families that need time to get themselves together for the sake of their kids. Eats up a few evenings, but we've only got four more weeks of training. :)

Never enough good people available to foster, even on an as-needed basis. Kudos to you and your wife!
