Beautiful stuff so far guys. If I don't get a chance to post before @crazybirdman I discussed with Azzranache that he'd like to pass a boost to you for the mechanical benefit of his advantage spend (the creature is alarmed and distracted)

This chatter feels good too.

@Jesster you can click "next" in the status tracker at the top, that will mark that you have taken your turn.
And you can click "Use LS" to mark that you've used a Destiny point.

@SanguineAngel do we still not take strain when using the dark pips? I don't know if that was only for the earlier room we were in or this entire complex?

nope, that still applies - this is the epicentre of this force vergeance, so you feel a dark power coursing through you, particularly those of you more intune with the force. {You receive an automatic +1 Dark Pip on your force checks and you do not take strain for using dark pips} You do still take conflict for using dark pips though.

Apologies @Jesster I forgot to highlight this when you used Harm previously as I was too busy reciting the usual rules!

Think I have Galvin done if you want to doublecheck him at this time.

Hey @Spiritbw, welcome aboard!

Great character, I think Galvin will fit nicely with our group.

So are we going to try and keep attacking this thing, or hoping it flees? If it's okay with the rest of you, I'd like to take the free maneuver to use a stimpack?
@Azzranache do you want to try using influence?

@SanguineAngel Sorry I forgot about the setback die. I will definitely add it next time! If we attack it again, do we still get the boost die?

Yeahhhhhh! Here we go!

@crazybirdman you've done great man, definitely take a back seat on this one and heal up. Fancy throwing me the Fusion Cutter and I'll take a pop at it?

Let's finish this thing!!!

I don't mind taking another crack at him. I may only get one more chance, then you can just pick the weapon up off my corpse

I'm thinking I'll heal, then attack, then run away. Maybe you should try to get your saber back? Won't you need once we get crystals?

I'm liking your pluckiness @crazybirdman, go for it! :D

Well, as you mentioned earlier, I do have influence. If successful, I could convince it that it has something stuck in one of its open wounds causing it to take an instinctive bite and further damage itself?

If not, I can induce fear and/or cause stress to its mind and damage it from a safer distance.

We'll let you take the lead this round.

Will do! Just wondering if I still get the boost die from the distraction. Should I roll without it and (possibly) add it later?

you do indeed - it's either that or one of you gets a free maneuver but I imagine you'll want the boost if you're going first!

Indeed! Although I am just going to aim, so it's the same either way really.
So maneuver to walk up to the beast - Image from disorientation -2nd manuever (take 2 strain) to aim Image - and the Image. (one Image for the beast's threat, no additional from Barbax' previous shenanigans)

I'll heal later if I survive

Lovely, thanks @Spiritbw. I've just taken a look and it looks good. I like your force power selection - it seems Galvin is not keep on displays of Force? Prefering to enhance his existing abilities?

Anyway - only one small error I think. You've purchase rank 1 in Piloting (Planetary) and Gunnery at 5xp each but I don't believe they number amongst your career skills so you would need to pick one or the other at 10xp. Or I suppose you could drop sense - which Raven also has. Up to you!

Anyway, everything else looks kosher to me so if you want to get ol' Galvin onto the Dramatis Personae.

Luckily it's pretty hard to actually die in this system! You might go down though!

Could you mark you turn as done on the tracker too?

Hello all. With the blessing of SanguineAngel and the rest of you, I hope to join in the game as well. My original character concept will not work, alas. So I will need to come up with a new one.

He has the talent “Vehicle Combat Training“ which make Piloting(Planetary) and Gunnery career skills so the xp count is correct. It’s from the Imperial Academy Cadet specialization.

Also no he is not keen on displays of the force. His indoctrination as a military cadet running headlong into the realities as a Hand. He’s not likely to use powers like Move, Influence, or Bind.

I’ll get him moved over and look forward to his introduction. :)

I do have sense, but I only plan on ever buying the left side of the tree.

@crazybirdman I think you need 2 advantage to give an enemy a setback? You can use the advantage to pass on to a team mate as a boost though..

@Jesster From what I understand of the GM's post, I believe we are all now short range from the beast.

Just for the record, it is unlikley anyone would've seen Bardax attach One-Foot to the beast due to the distraction of the attacks and the cover of darkness ;)

Hrm, that's weird - I really thought I had put up a post about this yesterday.

Essentially.it was this:

@swrider I will drop you into the last unit slot in this round, after the creature is gone. Are you comfortable narrating your own kickass arrival? I'll give plenty of latitude to describe but ask that you end up at short range or engaged with the creature to take your turn proper.

@Spiritbw I'm happy to run a prologue with you as I am with kanila if you have any thoughts on what you'd like to to be about broadly speaking. Happy to discuss in pm as well.

@Azzranache it's your go now - you should take the boost from cbms roll as you would still be the next player to roll a skill check.
