Gage uses a Bonus Action to cast Hex, choosing to give the creature Disadvantage on CON saves. For his Action he casts 'Shatter'. The Efreeti will need to make a CON save with disadvantage for 1/2 damage. DC 14. Note: the disadvantage CON save will apply to Arrows of Slaying saves.
Unattended objects within a 10ft radius take the sonic thunder damage. (All those rubies may be dust!)
Watching the creature reel from the arrow, Fern quickly loads its second arrow and releases. Hitting it square in the throat. "I'm tired of listening to you."
”Holy spirit give me the power to smite thy enemies!” Rurik shouts as he rushes the enemy.

That was a lot of damage and since it doesn't know you are out of arrows is slaying it fled for it's life. Great job. You can use your medals to return to the forget. Remember you get the rubies you need and the magic item. If you have decided to choose a different magic item you can exchange it with azure.
Gage makes some suggestions. "We should contact Azure when we get back. Take these rubies, as many as you can carry!!! And scoop up any ruby dust you can find."
"That Efreeti might return one day, but that is Azure's problem."
Fern pulls the two pouches from its belt and begins to scoop ruby dust into them. "I shall get the ruby dust that is required for the Master's spell to work."
The group gathers together a large quantities of Rubies and ruby dust from around the throne before activating their amulets and returning to Azur's forge.
Spoiler:
The group collects an additional 20K worth of rubies before heading back to the forge. This is above the ruby dust necessary for the spell.
