Does horses have done 6, 6, and 4 points of damage, respectively, on each hit. Trying to remount the suckers might be the dumbest thing to try and do. We might be better off walking.

I am Meddaar haha. Would it be nature or survival. And do I add proficiency because I am proficient with the herbalism kit?

hey guys sorry i suggested thew'ruk helping meddar and then didn't post, i had to leave work early due to sickness and have been asleep since i got home several hours ago until now.

kanilla thewr'uk is still up to helping you, i was going to roll survival when i looked, which i have a +4 in. if his is higher he can do the roll with your assist or if you want he can just assist you.

Survival herbalisim does not provide profixienxy but give you the abiliy to use the herbs to do something.

Alright @kanila , i set it up, as soon as meddar tells him the stuff they are looking for he will go off with you to find it and i'll make a roll.

i also like that i'm cementing Thew'Ruk as the wise country boy personality which is fitting given his back story and the fact that wisdom is one of his highest stats.

You're good to go buddy. Everything seems to be meshing well with the group and is opening up a great opportunity to expand on each of our character's backstories.

also yea i am loving the chance to develope our characters personalities, it is always my favorite part.

16 gp worth of herbs for the potion if my math is correct. Only 9 gp worth to go inorder to make one.... Plus 5 days worth of work.

yea i just checked and it is right, we got nat 20 so it was double the 8 we would have got for just rolling a total of 20

I thought someone asked about traini g the horae for a specific rider, but now i cant find it. What was the question exactly?

Thew'ruk steps down off his chestnut while still holding onto the reigns of the warhorse. Thank you. I didnt look ic. So the horses are borrowed not youra so the ones from the order are a simple no. The war horse is more complicated. There is no equivelent to this in the book that i am aware of so we get into home brew territory. It makes sense that traing with an animal to get it familiar with a specific rider. The best homebrew option i saw was q day for every 5gp of value and a dc 10 check each day... Well a warhorse has a value of 400gp so that is 80 successful checks and that was meant to domesticate a wild animal. I am thinking....

7 full days of training with the horse with a success full dc 15 check. Fail the check they day does not count. Days do not need to be consecutive. 5gp a day cost tools and living expenses. Speant weather successfull or not.

Benefit you gain advantage on animal handling checks to ride that specific mount.

ok, that is very cool, would Thew'Ruk know he can't keep the temple horses? I don't think he would mind but he would probably want to stop in to check on them regularly to see how they're doing.

They were borrowed so the characters would know that.

And this is why every forum has a home rules forum even if the GM insists they don't do house rules... some things just arn't in the books.
