Give me a perception check as you head in (no difficulty, this is about how many successes you have). Nothing is "hidden" per se, but there's a lot to see so I wanna see what you take in on a first pass.
Give me about 5 minutes after a post, I'll probably edit it a bit before it is finalized.

Group Check (one) or one check by each person? Or, just Arca?

anyone can or group. But group would obviously be best if you want to do that.

There. I took the liberty of a boost for each extra person. Irregardless, I think the base dice by themselves did well enough.

Group Check; TotOR; Group Perception Check:
4 Successes, 2 Advantages

I've been collecting my notes to make sure I have everything straight, and dealing with starting a new job this week. I'll get things moving again tomorrow.

With the two strength upgrades, that's "3" Failures to any hostile force power checks made against any of us within short range. Will commit a Force Die to sustain the effect.
Wouldn't the loss of a die for sustaining the effect make that 2 failures instead of 3? I'm not clear on whether sustaining subtracts from the dice available for a power check now or whether you can make a check, sustain an effect, which then removes a die from future rolls?

Or is your Force Power a 3? (Arca only has 2 dice, working towards getting a third.)

The Sustain effect happens the following round, which requires committing a die. In structured time, it'd be a round to do Suppress and spend the pips. An action in the 2nd round to spend a die to sustain it. We're not in structured time, so I took some liberty with narrating two things "at once" (but really, in succession). By all means, if something happens right after I do it, then the 2nd (assumed) action may be mute. That's how I have understood activating and sustaining such powers.

Yeah, that's how I read it.

And nothing happens immediately after, so it is sustained.

What are you all doing.

The doors are locked, so someone needs to try something before anything will happen.

I was thinking of starting with the unlocked doors.
Are the locked doors locked on or side or the other? Like are they keeping us out, or something in?
Also, we don't have a way to sure the creatures correct? So if we come across one, the only way we know of to stop it is fighting?

All locked doors are locked from the hallway.

You have a "cure" for the sleeping contagion, and you were able to use it to cure Zyla, but you haven't had a chance to mass produce anything else. You also don't know if it would work on them, Zyla is better but not back to 100% how she was before being infected.

Starting with the unlocked doors makes sense. I'm for that, too.

the group notices that all the doors they can see appear locked, except for two that are about halfway down the corridor.
just curious, are these two separate doors, or like, double doors next to each other. And do they have the lights over them showing they are unlocked?

TWo separate doors, one on each side.

Been a while since we got a response? I know I've been following the invasion of Ukraine and all, but everyone willing to keep moving on?

Zyla is in front. I believe it would be up to her to forward, farther into the room. Perhaps a Stealth check?
