Triumphs in initiative are usually free maneuvers or arguably upgrades to their first turn's action. Arca will apply a strong sedative to his companion when it's appropriate in the init order. It'll take a maneuver to access his gear and an action to apply it.

Your starting gear includes basic lightsabers. You just also have the training ones.
