Trixie will try to negotiate to end this ordeal. Using her maneuvers to get to the shuttle. Is there a difficulty? Or is there another surprise when she gets there?

You sure about that? AFAIK all of the PCs have gone. At least by my reading of the IC. Unless you gave Arca a free pass on examining the body (which I'd assumed would eat up his action).

We are still technically in combat, Trixie is on the shuttle confronting the last guy who has a lightsaber out. so you can head into the shuttle, but can't search much.

She has Sense Emotions (x2) = +2 Boost dice.
(She has 2 ranks of Nobody's Fool, IF the guy tries to persuade me.))
She has Influence: Control to add pips as Succ or advs to Charm checks.
Spending a LS DP to upgrade, as well.
Trixie Ulan'jani; TotOR; Charm check:
2 Successes, 1 Threat, 2 Light Side , 1 Dark Side
Will use two white pips to remove the Threat and add a 3rd success.

@Doctor Who What's the attack difficulty for this guy? She will attack. Can I attack now? What is the difficulty? This flight risk threat just might put all their lives in danger.
