Rugosa Moon

Several days pass in relative quite aboard the Sage. Your arrival was unceremonious as the Captain of Yoda's battalion welcomed you on board and had you assigned quarters. Your liaison, a sergeant informed you that a Firespray had been transported onto the Sage and assigned to your team to complete your scouting mission. The liason had also made arrangements to have your supplied replenished and introduce you to some of the "guys". The story of your recent adventures became a real hit on the ship. So much so that your group was in the mess hall recounting the tale to a table of clone brothers when the Sage dropped out of hyper-drive. The story was quickly interrupted as the impact of blaster fire could be felt across the ships hull. A sound to arms rang through and clones immediately donned their helmets heading for the battle stations. Having not been assigned "battle stations" for their quick stay as passengers the three clones look at each other as if they were asking; what now?

T9 will let the regular crew makes its way to their stations and then will make his way along the ship looking for a spot he can fill in at.

Sharing their story was fun but Doc was glad for the interruption. Getting up her made his way to tend to any wounded that he could find. At least those in the way towards the hangar. They had no takings except the escort of General Yoda, and that meant making it to the drop ship.

Wook agrees with Doc somewhat, not too worried about the wounded as much, but knowing they've been assigned to the Firespray he's going to head towards it just in case someone upstairs decides to kick them out early. As he leaves the mess he'll grab an armful of fruits from the tables to stuff in his backpack.

The ship continues to rock this time being struck by something with considerably more force than blasters. Multiple shock waves hit the ship and course through your body as you make you ways towards you intended destination. T9 is unable at first to find any open positions, but when a flyboy rushes past him he calls out that several of the flight crew have been knocked out and they are having trouble getting a few fighters to launch. The others emerge into the hanger to find all but one squadron of fighters gone. numerous mechanics seem to be working on the droid loading crane while others are clearing a path to get a second system over to load up the fighter's astromech droids.

T9 will go to the hangar and try to motivate the men. "Clear a path! Get this loader over to those ships!" T99 is thinking he may need to get on the Firespray after this. He looks to where the others of his group are going.

The pounding to your vessel continues as the men hurry to get the lift moved into position. A mechanic hands doc some tools and briefs him on what is going on.

Wook heads to their assigned quarters first, before heading to the hanger. Storing his gatherings of food in his pack, he then grabs the others' equipment and makes his way to the hanger, preparing to load their stuff into the Firespray.

Following the directions about the problem Doc is able to get the machine back up and running in no time. Handing the tools back to the mechanic he quickly makes his way over to Wook.

"I'm not sure we'd be here if they really expected peaceful." Wook tossed back to his brother. "Although I do feel a little bit at a loss right now, I'm not used to not being able to see my foe or being able to take a swing at them."

"I'm sure we'll get our chance soon enough." Doc looked around. It seemed that T9 was missing plus none of them could really pilot this Firespray. "Uh where's the boss? And have you seen our pilot?"

"No, he took off just before you. I think he's itching for a fight more than me. As for a pilot I've got nothing, I thought the Boss was trained as a Cockpit Jockey, so I assumed he was our pilot?"

Several more large blasts rock the ship and an alarm stars blaring. An alarm easily recognizable to any clone. Abandon Ship!

As soon as the abandon ship sirens go off Doc immediately begins to lose his composure. "What the Hell man! Dying when you can see your enemy is one thing! But this?!" Doc begins to rock in place. Yea he was on the Firespray but they didn't have a pilot. How the Hell were they gonna get out of this mess?

So, is that Easy (1Diff) or AVG (2Diff)? Makes a big difference for Ten99! Advantages on Fear (per RAW) can give me and others a Boost Die of our first checks. I think that means Adv's spent on a successful check is what's implied.

Okay...
- any Piloting check to be familiar with the controls?
- any Piloting check to exit the hangar or the space outside?
- I anticipate some sort of Astrogation check to ascertain where we are in the galaxy.

Wook didn't know what to do he was so scared, he just sat there rocking back and forth in the co-pilot's chair, hold his head in his hands.

Two more clones come rushing onto the firespray, one heading directly to the co-pilot chair, while others in the landing bay fly towards the escape hatches. Ten 99 flies the ship out of the landing bay into a filed of blaster fire and escape pods. Within two minutes the ship behind you explodes a blinding flare which hides the glimps of the two enemy capital ships you had previously seen. As the clear fades you see several smaller craft head towards the planet below and another trio of enemy ships deployed towards the escape pods. The two capital ships jump to hyperspace. A sprawl of escape pods spreads out before you several dozen heading towards the planet below with a few dozen more spreading out into orbit.

As he sees the starry sky surrounding them, along with the escape pods and enemy ships, Wook's head quickly clears. Straightening in the co-pilot's seat he powers up the weapon systems.
"Wasn't General Yoda supposed to be on-board the Sage? We may need to look for him as well, that's if he survived." Wook says trying to keep the last of the tremors from his voice.

Ten99 pilots your ship towards one of the enemy craft. The three have separated and appear to be heading towards escape pods. As you approach the first one you are able to see the outline of a circular ship with three long triangular arms reaching forward that appear to be reaching out and attaching to an escape pod. Several b1 droids stand on the outside of the ship and it appears a single droid pilots the inside. As you watch the arms push inward and the escape pod is crushed. Several clone bodies float off into space.

One of the unkown clones pops in. "They have their helmets on. They will be protected from the vacuum of space, but not for long. We need to rescue them now. Sharpshooter and I are pilots we can help take out that pod popper. It has a weakness on the underbelly. The pilot is not well shielded. Pilot looks like you have control of the only weapons on this beast the shot is yous. Any ideas on how to rescue those men?"
Spoiler:
Ten 99 has the same gunnery as them. So they provide two boosts to your attack. I will also give you a boost because the pod is stationary. Your clone suits will also protect you from space for a short period of time. It is seen in the clone wars in the very episode I am referencing. You would only have a few rounds (say five) though outside the vehicle at a time though.
