"Get us closer so we can save the occupant." Even with the threat eliminated they still needed to hurry it they could fail in their rescue.

Wook and the clone examine the controls of the droid hunter seeing what they believe to be the stop lever for the arms. Wook reaches out and pushes the lever up thinking that it would raise the arms. Instead it increases the pressure and the pod crushes. Its rear hatch flies open and the occupant is released into space. Fortunately the occupant is wearing the respirator and is able to grab on to the hatch. He quickly climbs to the top of the hunter and waves for the crew to through him a life line.
Spoiler:
1 adv he has his mask ready
2 adv he is able to recover himself and get on the pod.
3 adv he has two blaster pistols holstered at his hip (He had one, but I gave him an extra from the ship since you are short on weapons right now).

Doc threw a line out to the men outside the ship. "Catch! We'll pull you in!" With any luck they could find more survivors out here. But they were quickly running out of room on the Firespray.

Doc makes perfect through and Wook catches it perfectly quickly having the others grab onto himself they are all pulled back onto the ship and the airlocked closed just as the last of their air leaked out of their suits.

"Thank you for the assist men. I am Major Crumbuc. Just before your radio I was receiving orders form master Yoda. He and two clones have landed on the surface. They are being hunted by a large droid force. He want any wounded clones to bunker down in their escape pods and anyone able to assist them to search for survivors, before the droids find the pods. We must hurry."

" Woohoo, solid ground again." Wook cheers as he finds an open spot on the deck to sit down in.
"Hey Doc, when you're done with the rest of our brothers, my chest feels like a Gundark took a swipe at me."

As the ship flys into the atmosphere of the moon it becomes readily apparent that the droids have landed a large army. Artillery blasts off all around you.
Spoiler:
Please make a piloting check. 1/2 sil upgraded by speed.

Ten99 is successfully able to notice a pattern in the firing of the artillery which allows him to maneuver safety through the fire. Unfortunately the pattern forces the ship to fly extremely close to the surface necessitating the avoidance of planetary obstacles. The clone crew in the fighter was not so luck. Their path took them straight into the line of fire and the ship got a direct hit from a laser cannon.
Spoiler:
The arc takes 9 damage minus armor. Does anyone have stats for it?

The impact of the blasts forces the Firespray and Arc-170 to descend to a level just above the surface. "Watch those terrain features! Reducing speed! Keep a lookout for grounded lifepods. As he says that, "BLASTED!" he exclaims as he has a brush with a nearby pillar of crystalline rock! The ARC follows course trying not to make thesame mistake.
Spoiler:
The Firespray has no copilot position, so I am on my own. It'd be Red-Purple+2SB as I slow down to speed of 2. The ARC has an astromech which can perform co-piloting maneuvers.
1099; SotR; Pilot Check:
1 Failure, 0 Advantage, 1 Triumph,

Perhaps hit a feature, find a pod with the Triumph? Or possible upgrade to the sensor check?

The ARC-170 does significantly better, avoiding obstacles as it flies low.

The fire spray collides with a crystalline growth causing it to fall to the ground. The gap created by the now absent structure reveals two escape pods landed relatively close together. A platoon of droids appears to be engaged with the residents of the first pod.

Spoiler:
If possible, I will Land close to the pods on the side that does not have the droids attacking. That way we can be closer to evacuation.

(I had half a mind to land behind a Droid so we could flank them, but there might be more droids than we could handle.
