"Overwatch to Arc Fire......clear the bridge, we aim to shoot ourselves out of this situation in a stolen tank." Ten99 fires the tank weapon again at various tank crews heading towards their vehicles.

The tank begins to move forward at speed one. Much faster than the clones are used to moving. The droid forces continue to close in those heading for the tanks try to pick up their pace.

Wook, who is already trying to accelerate the tank, tries to make the turn as well, with the result of nothing happening at all. "Working on it Boss, but it's not happening."

Taking time to aim this time around, Doc squeezes the trigger. He really needed to spend more time at the range! Even though he managed to hit the tank crews, he should have been able to inflicted more casualties. "No pressure Wook, but we are about to have 5 more tanks to deal with."

Wooks efforts to pilot the tank through the debris field come up short. He turns the tank down a dead end, fortunately however, a large pile of debris covers all but the torrent of the tank providing you with some extra defense and cover from the approaching droids while leaving your torrent clear to fire.

Okay, once there, Ten99 will make the series of maneuvers to get out of the tank and climb through the debris. It should take the next 2 rounds.
Spoiler:
Maneuver to enter or exit pilot chair (gunner chair etc) probably before you set the charge.
Maneuver to open hatch (Probably will be done before setting the explosive)
Action to set and program explosive(action)
Maneuver to exit vehicle
Maneuver to climb pile
action to climb through small hole you made (Ill forgot the check since you have already done it once
Maneuver to climb down the latter into the tunnel.
maneuver to get out of way so others can also get into the tunnel.


It looks like two rounds is the minimum with whoever set the charge having to take strain for two additional maneuvers, one in each round. The others would only have to take strain for one as they do not have an action the first round (if they are already out of their chairs on a previous round, two if they stay shooting until the last minute).

Once the tank had been readjust to a positron closer to their escape route Doc quickly looked over the tank from his position. He figured that he could leave these clankers a nice partying gift.

"Hey guys start making a run for the tunnel. I'll be right behind you. I just need to put together a little parting gift for our most generous hosts!" With a sly grin hidden beneath his helmet he set to work.

He made sure the others were clear before making his final preparations for his 'little' surprise!

With the other two clear of the tank Doc set the chain of events in motion to detonate the tank. He scrambled from his position in a rush to escape the death trap he had just set!

The group darts from the tank just a the whistle of an incoming droid artillery round sounds. The round hits just on the far side of the tank its blasts radius encompassing the fleeing clones and throwing them right next to the tunnel entrance. The wounded clones scurry through the tight pile of debris as a flurry of blaster bolts strike all around them. As Doc makes it down the latter the pile of debris collapses closing the tunnel behind them. The sound of the collapse echos for a moment before being replaced by the muffled sound of loud explosions. The area above them being pounded by what they assume is the explosion of their tank followed by the explosion of the others parked nearby.

you each take 10 damage - soak. (since it is artillery it affects a larger area. The two threat propel you straight to the tunnel entrance negating the other rolls.

Doc strained from the exertion and his wounds as the tunnel shook from the explosions above them. Not exactly as planned but it still worked.

"Status? I have a few injuries but nothing major from that arty shell, but I'm still good enough to move. I can patch us up here or push ahead to a safer location. Plus we still need to send a report back to higher."

From what he could see without using a scanner everyone seemed to be hurt to some extent just like he was. He did a quick assessment of himself while he waited for the others to respond. In his mind his injuries were secondary concerns compared to those of his squad.

From their current location they would potentially have comms issues, plus once the droids discovered that they weren't among the wreckage they would no doubt start looking for them. Moving seemed to be the best bet, but he wasn't the one calling the shots.

Taking the stimpak, Doc administers it. In no time T-9 will be back to his old self. Patting him on the shoulder he discarded the spent stimpak and looked to Wook. The stoic gunner probably would just shrug off any aid until they got back. He seemed to be better off than the rest of them as far as wounds went anyways.

Wook looks over at Doc, almost sensing his thoughts. "Take care of yourself first Doc, then you can hit me," he says turning back to the now closed opening with his rifle aimed that direction.

Spending two of his stimpaks Doc first tends to his own wounds and then Wook's. "Time to move. Hopefully we can find a clear spot to exit without any clankers waiting for us."

The group makes their way down the dimly lit tunnel. The blasts overhead continue, without any pause. Any thoughts that they were caused by your tank explosions now receding from your head. Attempts to contact base are useless as the ground shields any communications. Deciding to play it safe you move forward down the tunnel for a quite a ways. Well past your original point on entry. Eventually the blasts fade off into the distance behind you and you approach what appears to be the final exit of the tunnel. A single ladder extends upwards from a rectangular room. The tunnel you just came down is the only other exit large enough for a human. Several small pipes lead off in various directions cabling coming through them and heading down the main tunnel. Cautiously you work your way to the top and lift the lid of the tunnel. Peaking out you see clones moving all around you and several resupply ships landing nearby. Realizing you are in your own base you fling the cover back startling a few troopers to turn and point their blasters at you. That is until they see you are clones. One even recognizes you and says that Captain Rex has been looking for you.

Doc climbs free of the tunnel entrance and dusts himself off. "No time like the present. I'm curious to see what our parting gift did to those clankers."

As they made their way to see Captain Rex he made a mental note to restock his stimpaks.

Wook clambers out of the tunnel after the rest of the squad. "It's nice to see a familiar face or two hundred," he says chuckling at his own joke. After listening to their new orders he asks, "Shall we go pay our respects to the Captain? I wonder what he wants? It's not like we dropped another building," then follows after the others.

The group makes their way through the base identifying Captain Rex standing with a small green individual dressed in Jedi robes. After a moment the captain approaches you. "Good Work soldiers! You brought the shield down just as our reinforcements broke through the blockade. With areal support we should have this place cleared out of droids in no time. Your team is being assigned to General Yoda's ship. He is undergoing a diplomatic mission to meet with the Toydarian King. If his efforts are successful you will be tasked with scouting the Rugosa Moon for locations to build a new resupply and staging base. Questions? "
